Educational Qualification:-

1. SSLC or equivalent

AND

2. One year Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala



Work Experience:-

Minimum 1 year as Cook/Assistant Cook in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.



Receptionist

Location: Aluva/Kannur/Kozhikode and Yathri Nivas, Thiruvananthapuram.



Educational Qualification:-

1. Pre-degree or Plus Two

AND

2. Craft Certificate in Front Office Operation from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala.



Work Experience:-

Minimum 2 years as Front office Assistant/Receptionist in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.

Kitchen Matey

Location: Aluva/Kannur/Alappuzha, Yathri Nivas, Thiruvananthapuram and Eco Lodges at Peermedu and Idukki.



Educational Qualification:-

1. SSLC or equivalent

AND

2. One year Food Production Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala



Work Experience:-

Minimum 1 year as Assistant Chef/Comis/Cook/Assistant Cook in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.



Cook

House Keeping Staff

2. Hotel Accommodation Operation Craft Certificate from Food Craft Institute, Government of Kerala

Diploma/PG Diploma in Hotel Accommodation Operation from IHMCT, Government of India

Minimum 6 months as House Keeping in Hotels with 2 star classification and above.



Waiter/Food & Beverages Staff/Restaurant Service Staff

Location: Aluva/Alappuzha/Thiruvananthapuram/Kozhikode and in Eco Lodges at Peermedu and Idukki.
